The International Exhibition of Inventions of Geneva was founded in 1973. As one of the world’s longest and largest exhibitions of inventions, it is sponsored by the Swiss Federal Government, the Canton of Geneva, and the City of Geneva, Co-organized by the World Intellectual Property Organization. Due to the strict selection and long history of exhibition, Geneva International Invention Exhibition enjoys a high reputation and authority in the world. This award represents that the domestic high-end injection molding machine independently developed by Tederic has been fully certified by international experts!

As a well-known enterprise providing high-quality, fully integrated injection molding solutions, Tederic always adheres to independent innovation and excellence. In the whole process of one-stop research and development, production, and manufacturing, we always implement the “German standard, Made in China”, adhere to the user demand as the guidance, and constantly overcome injection molding problems in various industries such as new energy vehicles, medical care, logistics and so on.

Why Tederic electric injection the molding machine can be recognized by the international judges of the Geneva International Invention Exhibition?

Low energy consumption. It is equipped with the most advanced energy recovery system, saving 8%-15% more energy than the traditional motor, reaching the highest energy saving grade 9+ of the European injection molding machine standard Euromap.

High efficiency. The motor has a faster dry cycle, standard linkage function, product molding cycle is greatly shortened, and higher production capacity.

Low cost. No oil temperature leakage and other common hydraulic interference, equipment parameters are stable all year round; a small number of parts, easy troubleshooting, reduce maintenance costs.

More sophisticated. Injection position repetition accuracy up to 0.01mm, high rate of fire, and high pressure, to ensure that the product dimensions meet the requirements of the high-end European market.

Much cleaner. Meet ISO Class 8 (Class 10w) clean room production environment requirements.

At present, the Tederic electric injection molding machine covers 60 tons to 1400 tons, with the highest rate of fire at 500mm/s, serving the domestic, North American, Europe, and other regions of the automotive, electronics, packaging, medical industry-leading enterprises, close cooperation with several high-end enterprises in the world.

Scientific and technological innovation is the key engine for the rapid development of the manufacturing industry and the creation of sustainable value. Tederic participated in the Geneva International Invention Exhibition and won an international award, indicating that Tederic is actively laying out the scientific and technological innovation ecology and expanding the channels for the transformation of technological achievements.

This also means that Tederic’s influence in the international scope is constantly expanding, and its technological innovation strength has been recognized and favored by the international community. I believe that under the “technology up” development strategy, Tederic will surely create more brilliance in the history of invention!
