In order to respond the needs of customers in different industries, two components and multi components injection molding are manufactured and offered to market. This kind of machines are manufactured in two different series: DH-MM & DD-MM.
DH-MM series are two platen two components injection molding machines which the clamping unit structure is two-platen and the injection unit has two different structures, p, parallel type injection unit and L, right angle type injection unit. This series are offered in tonnages of 880 to 1920 tons.
The rotating platen is driven by servo motor and with proportional control, it ensures to load heavier mold and run smoothly. Single cylinder injection is applied for the two injection unit separately.
DD-MM series are three platen two components/ multi components injection molding machines, the clamping unit is designed with three-platen including a rotating platen. Clamping unit has two different types, n, narrow platen clamping unit and b, broadened platen clamping unit.
The injection unit with two different structures, p, parallel type injection unit and L, right angle type injection unit which are offered from ۱۲۰ to 810tons.
Injection unit consist of two separate single cylinder injection units, which can be placed in parallel or right angle, offering more flexible choices of structures for producing various plastic appliances.
Specialized rotation platen, diameter from 650mm to 2200mm with 180° rotation capability driven by hydraulic or servo motor as option.
These two series of machines are used in producing households, cosmetics, electric/electronic parts.
