After Sales Services

The After Sales Services is one of the strategic organs of Khorshid Daryaye Shargh Co. (SINGER). This company takes the following actions for rendering the after sales services to the customers:

To allocate one free of charge 5-gdigit special line (with 30 line capacity) for easy and rapid communication of the customers all over Iran with the employees and technicians of after sales services
To dispatch the expertise groups to the customer’s factory for rendering the required after sales services at premise (in context of guaranty or beyond the same)
To present the after sales special cards to the VIP customers of the company and the possibility for periodical and regular visit to the customers’ factories in provinces and regions
To convene the training workshops for the personnel of the customer’s factories aiming on promotion of the employee’s knowledge
To remind some significant points to the loyal customers in relation with services and/or maintenance of machinery through phone call

The records and backgrounds of Khorshid Daryaye Shargh Co. dated back to late thirties when Tadevos Yarijanian the founder of this company started his activity with making the plastic presses and the casts in 1959. Much experiences of this craftsman during coming years and entry of his sons to such activity led to establishment of Singer, Haitai Singer and finally Khorshid Daryaye Shargh companies.

The most significant feature of Khorshid Daryaye Shargh is its long presence in the industry arena and especially plastic industry and deep knowledge of its managers of the partial stages of manufacturing the different parts in Iran and manufacturing the plastic injection machinery in form of a combination of domestically manufactured and imported parts, i.e. CKD and SKD.

Nowadays, in addition to manufacturing certain parts and meeting the domestic needs, this company is seriously active in importation of plastic injection machinery and the accessories so its products are sold in most provinces.
